Is it really hard to build a new habit? NO. But you have to plan in a proper way to adapt to the new habit. . plan the habit you want to adapt.
Plan a habit you want to follow
Write down the benefits of following this habit
Write down the blocks to follow the habit
Don’t force yourself It is ok if you couldn’t do it properly
Slowly infuse the habit with your current routine
Appreciate yourself & give rewards
Feel the benefits of the habit
Push little more yourself adopt as much as possible
Do the same again
Sometimes it is hard to implement. But believe you can make something cool out of this habit. Always feel the benefits, it will thrive you to get it done.
