Always employees are the backbone of any company. Particularly when it comes to startup it is very crucial. They should believe the founder's vision and should commit 100% of themselves to the growth of the company. Here I would like to share some of the most essential skills to become a part of a Startup.
1. Believe in idea
Always founders plot the vision, it should be believed by everyone in the workplace. Yes, the idea what we are working now is going to change the industry and feel proud as you are the part of a great vision.
2. 100% commitment
It is really very important. One can't do everything but one should take complete responsibility of his/her role. At any point of time, if there is a problem you should step up and take responsibility to solve the problem. Sometimes you may work overtime to beat the deadline. All it requires self-discipline.
3. It is OK to make mistake
When you are building something new you may make many mistakes. In startup it is ok to make mistakes but it is very important it should not repeated again. Find the root and fix the problem from the root to avoid the mistakes in the future.
4. Learn at fast pace
You should be a fast learner. You can learn through the work experience, discussing with the right people and books. Each day you will face different problem, you should be able to analyse and find the solution at the fast pace. You should be updated upto date. Every industry is keep on changing. You should know what is new now and keep on listen and learn to implement in your company so you we will be in the race else you will short behind.
5. Adopt changes
The vision never varies, but the way we are going to reach may vary from the day 1 to day 100. So you should be able to adopt the changes very fast. You may play a different role in different time. You have to ready to adopt the changes in a fast pace to pave the path to the vision.
